Technologies For Youth – Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless a formal cancellation request is received by us 30 days in advance and a processing fee may be applied.

There will be no refunds, credits, or discounts for missed classes.

A formal cancellation request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

If a membership is cancelled within the first 12 months, a $100 administrative fee will apply.

This policy ensures smooth teaching arrangements, stable group progress, and commitment to program quality.

2. Missed Class Policy

ACPC Pty Ltd is unable to offer make-up classes, refunds, or discounts for missed classes. This ensures a consistent learning environment for all students and minimises class disruption. Any enrolment made during a term will be charged the same as a full term.

3. Minimum Enrolment Period

The minimum enrolment period is one full term.

Once a term has commenced, the full term fee is payable and cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded partway through the term.

For new students joining after the start of a term, fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

4. Payment Policy

Parents/guardians are responsible for full payment of program fees prior to class attendance.

Failure to make payment may result in the withdrawal of the student from the program.

5. Cancellation & Timetable Changes

ACPC Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable, class structure, and pricing at any time.

6. Privacy Policy

All personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with current privacy legislation.

7. Damage Fine

If a student damages any equipment or set-ups, the parent/guardian will be required to replace the item, up to a fee of $500.

8. Drop Off & Pick Up Policy

Students are only supervised by ACPC Pty Ltd instructors during scheduled class times.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after class, and for drop-off/pick-up directly from the classroom if needed.

9. Release of Liability

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or video recorded while participating in ACPC Pty Ltd activities, and consent to the use of these images/videos for promotional purposes.

10. Assumption of Risk / Medical Emergencies

I absolve ACPC Pty Ltd from any liability in the event of any injury to my child. I give ACPC Pty Ltd permission to seek medical attention in the case of an accident or serious illness.
